Inspired by traditional recipes, Maison Bruyère has brought several regional specialties back into the spotlight: Croquant de Cordes, Chalumeau d’Albi, Gâteau à la Broche… Passionate about their craft, Roger, Christian, and Léa Bruyère then created original flavors such as the Toulouse violet crisp biscuit and soft biscuits with Herbs of Provence and Espelette pepper… 

Maison Bruyère gives priority to taste by offering natural recipes with no coloring or additives. GMOs and GMO-derived ingredients are strictly excluded from production! We carefully select only high-quality natural ingredients for our handcrafted biscuits.
